Thursday
VIP airport transfer to your villa at Lifestyle Holidays Resort. Welcome cocktails, fresh juices, and light bites await your arrival. Take time to settle in, explore the property, and ease into island mode.
Evening: Dinner at a resort restaurant followed by a meet and greet with your chefs, wellness practitioner Dana Macc, and fellow guests. Unwind and ease into the experience.
Friday
Morning: Morning Movement and Mindful Reset with Dana Macc. Breakfast at the villa with a dedicated private chef or at resort restaurants.
Midday: Chef Demonstration and Interactive Lunch Experience. Enjoy a beautifully prepared plant-based meal with Chef Tommy and Chef Mal.
Afternoon: Poolside relaxation, beach time, or optional spa services.
Evening: Dinner at a resort restaurant. Cocktails, connection, and leisure.

Saturday
Morning: Gentle yoga and breathwork. Breakfast.
Late Morning: Chef Demonstration and Culinary Experience.
Afternoon — Optional Excursions:

Jamal Owens
Personal and private plant-based chef out of South Florida with over 327K followers and a mission to prove that vegan food can hit every bit as hard as the soul food he grew up on. Born and raised in Hollywood, Florida, Chef Mal grew up cooking Southern-style soul food at his grandmother’s house every Sunday until a health diagnosis at 23 changed everything and launched his journey into plant-based cooking. He’s the author of the Vegan Vibes cookbook series, creator of the Plant-Based Soul holiday recipe collection, and runs a virtual cooking course teaching his most requested dishes — vegan mac and cheese, philly steak eggrolls, crabless cakes, and more.

All meals are 100% plant-based and vegan. We accommodate gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, and other common allergen requests. Meat options are also available for those who prefer them. Please note your specific dietary needs when you register and our chefs will ensure every meal works for you.
Comfortable clothing you can move in for our wellness sessions, an open mind, and your appetite. We provide all cooking materials, ingredients, and recipe handouts. Bedding and towels are provided at the villa. A detailed packing list will be emailed to you after registration.

Flights to Puerto Plata are not included. VIP airport transfers to and from the resort are included with your package. After you register, we will send you detailed travel recommendations and logistics.
